Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a foundational skills crucial for sustaining life during emergencies. Our expert-led CPR training provides hands-on instruction in:
- High-Quality Chest Compressions:
Emphasizing the importance of proper hand placement, compression depth, and rate to maintain blood circulation during cardiac arrest.
- Ventilation Techniques: Training in effective rescue breathing methods, both with and without barrier devices, to ensure oxygen delivery to the lungs.
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Usage: Learn how to properly use an AED in a cardiac emergency.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification card, valid for two years.
